Working my horse on the lunge?

Instead of me writing a book on what i think you should do, im going to post a link from a trainer who handles and saves many rescues every year. His videos show the importance of controlling feet, and how to do so. After you get her disengaging her hips, and reacting to your movement without challenge, i would try lunging again, but i wouldnt let her just run in circles. Ask her for direction changes and keep her focused on you. Skim through many of these videos, i ure you they can help. I have a lot of respect for this trainer, he treats the horse as a horse, but isnt mean and forceful. good luck with Pearl. a href="http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=david+lee+archer+controlling+feet&aq=0&oq=david+lee+archer%2C+" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/results?search_qu…/a
