Help Me!! My mother has a serious, serious case of internal hemorrhoids?

She doesn't want to do surgery. She bleeds a lot, whenever she uses the restroom (literally bleeds from the backside). She's had this problem for 3 years, and it keeps getting worse. (She also has high blood pressure). She drinks a lot of water, takes Vitamin C, but what else is there? I'm skeptical of all these different cures available online, they all seem like scams. I'm really worried, and I know she is also, but she doesn't actually care about her health (doesn't have a doctor). Any advice, home tips, or REAL cures? Thank you so much in advance.
