Should bullying be a crime?

ABSOLUTELY!!! Back in the day bullying was just about name calling and a wedgie, now with all the technology available to kids is far more serious cause they take it to a totally new level of bullying and kids are getting seriously hurt if not dead.. I really hate to hear the term "Kids will be Kids" when referring to bullying in schools, many times kids are repeating same comments and behavior they observe at home from their elders, family and friends and if they are not learning tolerance, manners, morals and respect at home they are not gonna learn it in school. Would you like to be bullied at work by coworkers everyday? Would you have them arrested for ault, slandering, robbery,vandalizing, extortion? Bullies in school are nothing more then FUTURE CRIMINALS IN TRAINING....
