Where can i find the motorcycle road rules for all bikers like a creed or code for every biker to abide by?

That was probably written by someone's old lady. I was around bikes and bikers decades before Al Gore invented the Internet and I never once heard those old timers mention a "bikers code" and they certainly didn't abide by rules set out by some stranger.
