How can i get my hair to look like this ?

Get the long layers and when you get out the shower flip your head and scrunch and blow dry put put mousse in and them then use a pomade(get it at walmart walgreens target cvs ect..) and put in in the ends of hair to give some edge to the ends so its not purfectly curly it gives it that y messy look =) Good luck
