Should dogs live out side or inside ? starting to feel bad for my dog ASAP?

If I'm understading your question right,which is hard because you didn't explain yourself very well whatsoever,yes you should feel bad for her.She's a small dog and doesn't need to be left outside; no dog does all the time.Dogs are social pack animals and need to be around their families;end of story.
