Phil-about cb radio set up?

Further to my question on CB setup (Jerry) Equipment as follows-Pearce-Simpson 40 Ch AM/SSB CB Radio Model No ST901 (had since new-20y old) AM 4W/SSB up to 12W PEP/26.965 to 27.405mhz.13.8VDC. Also Zetagi Mod Num B300P Freq;20-30mhz Op.Mod AM/SSB Power 11-14VDC/15-20Amp Input 1-10W/AM;1-2W/SSB Output 70-250WAM/140-450WSSB with 6 out adj levels Before I finish my licence, I would like to set the whole thing up, ready to go without blowing the hell out of my radio shack-Got tons of gal pipe for a mast and 100ft of co-axthe big question- how do i put it all together and what sort of power supply (not too costly) can I use????
