Can I raise a dinosaur in my backyard?

I realize this sounds like a ridiculous question. However, in recent months, my basement laboratory team has made several advancements with regard to post-historic egg farming methods- and I feel that we are on the verge of something serious (impregnating a consenting domesticated crocodile via standard reptile in-vitro fertilization method). My question pertains more to the raising of the dinosaur, which we believe will be a mixed species, Crocodylus acutus + phytosaur....do you think there are any laws in Southern California that prohibit this type of breeding?
